DIL values your privacy. We adhere to privacy laws, meaning your data is secure and handled correctly. This privacy statement explains what we do with the information we learn about you through the DIL website.

The Digital Infrastructure Logistics (DIL) program is part of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. The Ministry has assigned the execution of this program to the Connekt program office in Delft.

6.3 Registration Forms

You register via a registration form. We use at least your first and last name, organization, and email address for this. We may also request other information. This is done based on your consent. We sometimes use this information for a (digital) invitation or newsletter. This is based on Connekt's legitimate interest. When you participate in an online event or follow a course, your name and organization name are usually visible. At a physical event, your name and organization may be included in the participant list, which can be shared with other participants. By participating in our events and courses, you agree to this. Holding (digital) meetings/events is part of Connekt's regular business operations.

6.4 Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter. It contains news, tips, and information about our events and services. To send the newsletter, we use your email address. Your email address is only added to the list of subscribers with your consent. You can unsubscribe from this subscription at any time. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

6.5 Information

We want to send you information about trends and developments, new courses/knowledge materials, and networking activities. We do this:

  • By email
  • Via social media
  • Within/through the course environment

You can object to receiving this information at any time. If you no longer wish to receive emails with updates, you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in the last email you received from us. If you no longer want to receive updates from us via social media, you can unsubscribe from the relevant pages yourself. If you no longer wish to receive notifications for new courses or valuable new information within or through the course environment, unsubscribe from the course environment.

6.6 Disclosure to other companies or institutions

We only provide your data to other companies or institutions not involved in our program if we are legally required to do so (for example, if the police request it for a suspected crime).

We share anonymized analytics data with our advertising agency and Hubspot implementation partner. By legal guidelines, we have processing agreements with both parties.

6.7 Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Hubspot Analytics to track how visitors use our website.

Where Connekt uses third-party services to deliver its services to you, Connekt has entered into data processing agreements to safeguard your privacy.
