Strategic Advisory Board
The DIL program is a collaboration between, among others, the national government, carriers, transport companies, and IT firms. The commissioning party, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, is advised by a Strategic Advisory Board (SAR), in which the various organizations are represented. The SAR provides guidance on key decisions, including those related to the selection and direction of Living Labs.
